Terms & Conditions

1. The £20 Amazon voucher is only available to customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy with Pet Protect through moneysupermarket.com between 18th July to 31st  August 2022.
2. All vouchers are limited to the amount of £20 and are subject to availability.
3. Customers who have purchased a policy through an affiliate, a cashback website, direct via www.petprotect.co.uk or any other comparison website are not eligible for this offer.
4. The policy purchased must be active at the time of dispatch of the voucher and first policy premium must be paid.
5. The voucher will be sent within 30 days of the first policy premium collection if paid monthly or annually.
6. Customers will receive an email with a unique code to redeem the voucher or a physical gift card in the post once the first policy premium has been paid. The email or postal address supplied at the time of purchase must be correct at the time of purchase.
7. Policyholders must be contactable by email or SMS to claim the voucher and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact customers.
8. The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The voucher is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The voucher is valid for single use only and can be used in full or part payment. No change will be given if the full value of a Voucher is not spent.
10. The voucher is subject to an expiry date and must be used before this expiry date.
11. Replacements will not be issued for lost or damaged Vouchers or Vouchers which have not been used by the Voucher Expiry Date.
12. Maximum of 3 vouchers per customer or one voucher per pet.
13. The promotion or voucher offer is only available to customers in the UK.
