How long do I have to claim my tastecard?

You must let us know you want a tastecard by email by 14th November 2022.

Tastecard terms and conditions

1) The promoter is Pet Protect Ltd (registered company number 1774371) whose registered office is at Betchworth House, 57-65 Station Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1DL. 2) This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Pet Protect Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation. 3) By entering into the offer, a customer is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4) The route to redeem the offer can be viewed at www.petprotect.co.uk/tastecard 5) The offer or current promotion is only available to customers who purchase a new pet insurance policy direct with Pet Protect between 11th July 2022 and 31st October 2022 6) Closing date of the offer will be 31st October 2022. After this date no further offers will be permitted. 7) The rules of the offer are as follows: a) Customers must purchase a new pet insurance policy direct with Pet Protect through our website or over the phone. b) Customers will receive a code to redeem a 12-month Tastecard membership, and all memberships are subject to availability. c) Customers who have purchased a policy through a comparison, affiliate or cashback website are not eligible for this offer. d) The offer will start on 11th July 2022 and end on 31st October 2022 e) The policy purchased must be active at the time the membership is sent by email or SMS to the customer and first policy premium must be paid. f) The offer is only valid if a customer purchases a new policy between the above qualifying date. 8) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 9) The offer is as follows: a) A customer will receive a 12-month Tastecard membership when they purchase a new business pet insurance policy direct on the phone or website with Pet Protect. b) To claim the Tastecard membership the customer will be sent an email or SMS asking them to email Pet Protect to confirm they want to claim their 12-month Tastecard membership. c) They will receive this email or SMS within 30 days of the first policy premium collection if paid monthly or annually. d) The customer must reply to the email or SMS to confirm they want to claim the Tastecard membership . e) Customers will receive an email with a unique code to redeem their chosen membership once the first policy premium has been paid. f) The customer must email us to claim their tastecard membership by 14th November 2022. g) The customer must redeem their tastecard membership between 4th July 2022 and 4th July 2023 h) The email address supplied at the time of purchase must be correct at the time of purchase. 10) The customer must be contactable by email or SMS to claim and redeem the Tastecard membership and must have a valid email address that is associated with their new pet insurance policy to enable Pet Protect to contact customers about this offer. 11) The customer must download the tastecard app and signup to redeem their membership. Details of how to download the app and redeem the tastecard membership can be found here: www.tastecard.co.uk/download-the-app 12) Maximum of 3 memberships per customer or one membership per pet. 13) The offer is only available to customers in the UK. 14) The promotion is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The offer is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any membership with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 15) Once redeemed the tastecard memberships are valid for 12 months. How do I get my tastecard and am I eligible?

Am I eligible for a tastecard? To be eligible for a tastecard you must purchase a new Pet Protect pet insurance policy for your cat or dog direct with us either through our website or on the phone between 4th July and 31st October 2022. Customers who have purchased a policy through a comparison, affiliate or cashback website are unfortunately not eligible for this offer. How do I get my tastecard? We will send you an email before the first payment of your policy to confirm you want a tastecard membership. All you need to do is reply to the email. After you have confirmed to us by email, we will send you a tastecard membership code by email within 30 days of your first premium collection whether you pay monthly or annually. You must provide us with your correct email or postal address at the time of policy purchase.
