How to make a claim

How to make a claim - choose from the below options:


If you are a pet insurance policyholder 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you’re a vet and need to submit a claim

If you need to submit a claim on behalf of the pet owner and they have a PET policy number you must ask them to login to the Pet Portal and start the claim process, where you will receive a link to upload the necessary supporting documents.

If your clients policy number does not start with PET you can submit a claim using our online form by following the steps below.

Complete the claim form in full

Make sure all the sections are completed in full

Enclose the following with your claim form

Treatment invoices confirming amount claimed A copy of your pet's full updated medical history A copy of your pet's vaccination records All documents submitted must be stamped by your vet

Important: please send us a copy of your pet's full updated medical history with your claim form

Return your claim form
